'I have been working with SNP since the start of May 2006; prior to this time I was suffering from fatigue almost every other week. Following a week’s hard training I would begin to suffer from fatigue limiting the following weeks training regime.  I thought my diet was good and so discounted this as a problem and blood tests showed nothing.  I began to get frustrated with riding, training and racing, and considered packing it in for the season.  SNP immediately pointed me in new directions with a net positive benefit, the difference in training was immediate and subsequent race results have improved.  I consider a coach and nutritionist as complementary and vital parts of making me a better athlete.'
